These guys were on time. They were well prepared with hand carts and ready to work. They were efficient, effective, nice guys that bent over backwards to satisfy me and my family. They were respectful of all my property and even took the time to put my sons cribs together. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone and will use them again. 5-Star Moving was excellent in every category! The owner contacted me in a timely manner. He was easy for me to reach, was professional, and made it clear he and his crew were there to take care of our needs.
The incredibly nice crew was on time and professional and worked very very hard. We hired them mainly to unload many heavy (tool chests and large furniture) items. They were careful and asked questions about care and placement of our possessions to make them accessible and protected.
This is a temporary move for us. I will be hiring them again in a few months and look forward to working with them again.

These guys were great. They were on time (actually called and asked to come early). They worked extremely hard for almost 5 hours helping me unload items. Didn't have as advanced equipment (straps /heavy weight dolly) as I expected but effort was super!!! Would not hesitate to call again based solely on effort and consistent work.

There was an issue with the scheduled start time. It got moved from 1:30 to 3:00; then the crew had a flat tire and didn't arrive until 4:30. That said, once they arrived, the work was absolutely fabulous! They were polite and respectful at all times. They took pictures off the wall to avoid bumping into them; then put them back when they were finished. They moved furniture from upstairs to downstairs and downstairs to upstairs without any issue at all. They didn't have any problem with 2 extremely heavy sewing machine cabinets, or 4 bulky recliners. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Outstanding job!

Service was wonderful. I called and made arrangements and indicated I wanted to minimize the time that the moving boxes were in the parking lot. They arrived just as the last box was deposited and started working right away. They finished the job quickly and carefully. The movers were respectful and task oriented. I would definitely hire them again.
