The individuals who unpacked my belonging lacked time awareness and should have supervision to keep them on track. With our help it took them 3 hours to unload and setup furniture. I would not use the company again.

These guys were on time. They were well prepared with hand carts and ready to work. They were efficient, effective, nice guys that bent over backwards to satisfy me and my family. They were respectful of all my property and even took the time to put my sons cribs together. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone and will use them again. 5-Star Moving was excellent in every category! The owner contacted me in a timely manner. He was easy for me to reach, was professional, and made it clear he and his crew were there to take care of our needs.
The incredibly nice crew was on time and professional and worked very very hard. We hired them mainly to unload many heavy (tool chests and large furniture) items. They were careful and asked questions about care and placement of our possessions to make them accessible and protected.
This is a temporary move for us. I will be hiring them again in a few months and look forward to working with them again.
