I hired 2 persons for 3 hours to load an ABF trailer in Parker, CO, on May 29, 2013. They were on time and worked hard from 2-5 pm, and completed loading about 80% of the trailer. They said they would be back around 10:30am the next day to complete the job. But when they did not show up by 2pm on Thursday and I could not reach them by phone, I called called loading services of colorado, and they were able to reach the workers, and I was told by the crew that they were tied up at a job in Golden, but expected to be at my place later in the afternoon to complete the loading. It was almost 7pm before they showed up and 'completed' loading the trailer.
The trailer was scheduled to be picked up on Monday; I checked the trailer on Saturday morning, and it was obvious that the loading was sloppy for the last 20% of the trailer, and since I could not reach them by phone, I had to hire another crew to unload the poorly packed 20% and reload it. I would not hire from Loading and Unloading Services of Colorado again.

They were an hour late and did not let me know about the delay until I called to check. However, once they arrived, they worked hard and were respectful. I would use them again.

These guys were excellent! They showed up on time, worked very hard the entire time, loaded a 26' truck in 2 hours and were really professional. Great job, thanks!!

They called as they could come early which was perfect for my schedule. They understood the layout and the plan and they knew exactly what they wanted to load first and why. They took good care of both our belongings and our house and they were respectful of our concerns and our needs. I have had movers who have worked faster, but the price I paid for that was also much more than what I paid with my helpers here. If I were to summarize their approach I would say it was measured and careful. I would use these folks again. They were great to have in our home.

Think twice before booking with this outfit. They didn't show or even bother to call on move day, even after confirming TWICE. The excuse was that 'the helpers must be running behind because of an earlier job (7:00AM). Even if that were true, why the h3!! did they book a job for the same guys two (2) hours before ours? How stupid is that, especially since our job was at 9:00 AM?!
After I made 4 calls starting an hour and a half after scheduled start time, FINALLY 'Alice', if that's her real name, answered the phone (she had not returned my previous 3 calls over the prior 90 minutes). She had the audacity to suggest I keep waiting - wtf?
Be warned, this is not a reputable operation.

They arrived on time, very personable, and very careful with our furniture and goods.
The only criticism I have is that they were very slow. It took much longer than it should have to unload the truck. To be fair one of the men was not feeling well, so perhaps this was an exception.
