I couldn't have been more pleased with Helps U Move-Unloading Services. Intially there was a problem with the two guys that were scheduled to work (car trouble, not their fault), but Helps U Move immediately sent out two other workers. The guys were excellent. Very hard workers, very pleasant to work with, and were also very careful with our things. I appreciated their hard work and personable nature.
I would absolutely use this service again, and would recommend it to anyone who needs moving services.

The two young guys who came to help me unload my truck were on time, coutreous, worked with my needs, even hooked up my washer and drier. all I had to do was direct them, piece of cake. Definitely would use them again and recommend them.

I hired a crew of 4 for 2 hours. The start time was scheduled between 7 and 8 am. Received a call about 7:30 saying they were running late and would arrive about 8:15 am. They packed my truck very efficiently and did a good job. However, upon unpacking I noticed my leather couches were scratched and because of the way they were stacked on each other, the legs punctured the fabric on the bottom of the couches. Not a huge deal, but I was kind of bugged. I guess it's true when they say no hired help is going to take as good of care of your stuff as you would yourself. Other than that, these guys were nice and did a good job.

This is the second time I have used this company and both times they were excellent. The helpers were on time, worked very hard, were extremely respectful and handled my possessions carefully. I cannot say enough good things about this company and definately would encourage anyone who is planning to move locally to hire a truck and employ these workers it is a great inexpensive way to get where you need to be!
