They were on time and got the work done, but they didn't take good care of our things. We also asked them to send four guys, but they sent three.
We provided supplies to protect our furniture from the dirt of the U-Haul. The supplies were used improperly.
So when we unloaded on the other side of our move, we were greeted with dirty furniture. Our couches will likely cost $200 to clean. Entirely preventable.
These guys also dropped our washer. It's scuffed up now, and hasn't worked right all week.
UPDATE: They refunded us for the fourth guy that never showed up. They also cut us a check for the repair estimate on our washer.
In the end, they lost money on our move. They gave us back more than what we actually paid them. We are grateful that they made things right, and their willingness to pay for the mistakes makes me hope our bad experience was an isolated one.

Very friendly and helpful. Called quickly to arrange job. Showed up on time. Were flexible as needed. Packed everything into a 16ft truck when we couldn't get a 24ft truck. Nothing broken. Nothing moved during transit. Frank and Frank Jr. had a good sense of humour. All work done in two hours and 10 minutes, and I wasn't charged for the 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Unloading Services of CO. They showed up early with a call to let me know when they would arrive. The two young men were respectful of me and careful with my furniture and boxes. They were thoughtful about how to best complete the unload and offered to stay and move anything I needed when they completed the unloading early.

HireAHelper.com was by far the best move service I have ever used.
The gentlemen providing the services were flexible, fast and fantastic movers. In my previous moves, I have never had a crew pack a truck the way these gentlemen did. There use of space and care of the furniture alone was phenomenal... so much so, we only used a total of 3/10 feet ropes to tie down the entire load (26 foot length,12 height and 8 foot depth). The best thing about about their service was on more than a 1000 mile trip, nothing move or was broken.
I would highly recommend this service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the way and how the loaders packed my items.They called to let know they were on the way to my home. When they arrived the team lead, Scott, review what they would do and how he would progeed with loading my items.
They were a dynamic team. They worked fast and together and with me to pack a 4000 sq. ft home in three hours! I was surprised and relieved at their progress. I even took photos to scrap book this part of my move. I would use this team again.
