The movers were right on time. The movers were prepared and ready to go. After quickly showing them what needed to be loaded, they systematically and very quickly started loading the truck. They were very organized. They worked extremely hard. The apartment I moved into was on the 3rd floor so they had to carry many many boxes and pieces of furniture up 40 steps. They were respectful of my property. Only one glass vase was broken upon transit. I would most certainly book them again.

Karl and David were wonderful to work with! They ran a little late due to rush hour traffic but the dispatcher kept me informed. They worked so hard we finished up earlier than I expected! They were courteous and respectful and it was a pleasure to work with them. I could never have gotten the job done without them!

The guys showed up on time but as far as the care of the handling of my belongings and the way the truck was loaded, was terrible. So terrible in fact, that when my items arrived at their final destination, there was a lot of damage. Chairs and other items were basically just thrown in the truck. Worse load job I have ever seen. I should have hired baggage handlers from an airline and would have received better service.

Needed help off loading an ABF trailer with boxes and furniture going to new home. Off to a bumpy start when the helpers arrived with a single dolly and it had a flat tire. Workers stopped the clock and called for assistance and got two dollies delivered in 30 minutes and we restarted the clock and these guys hustled to get the work done right! Not only did they power through to efficiently get every item to its proper place regardless of how heavy or bulky, they did it with utmost care and mindfulness for the item and the home. A skillful, confident and motivated team!! Full of Can Do spirit !! Big thanks to Dave and John from Lumpers for the fantastic help. They've earned my strongest recommendations!
