They were late with no phone call letting me know when they might be there. I asked for the free shrink wrap and they showed up without that as well. I had to pay for an extra hour and was charged for stairs even after their ad and the movers said that they don't charge for them.

The movers were very punctual, and handled the items appropriately. Two of the three movers were friendly and were pleasant to have in my home. The third mover complained about how heavy every item was, about the stairs, about where I wanted the items - almost everything. When I'm paying someone to do a job, I don't want to listen to whining the entire time. If someone doesn't want to lift and move objects, he may be in the wrong field.

This crew didn't know how to pack a trailer. They utilized about 1/2 of the space, which cost me an extra 600.00 with the trailer company. By not packing the trailer properly, it made it easier for items to shift/fall and many items were broken during the move. We provided 10 moving blankets and they used TWO of them. They just drug the king size mattress and box springs on the trailer floor instead of putting it on a blanket and using that for ease of moving it and to NOT GET IT FILTHY which they did by dragging it on the floor. During the move they said they had the entire upstairs done, and went to work on 1st floor and basement and after they left i discovered an entire bedroom of furniture and boxes were still in a bedroom. When called and emailed them to come back out and load up the room they left behind, they first said they would be there in 10-15 min and then 1 1/2 hrs later I called and they refused to come since I hadn't paid for the first move. I told them they hadn't completed the job and I would pay when it was completed (with overtime). I had rented a u-haul to take some stuff to the dump so they only had to load it onto the u-haul and go to the trailer facility and put it on the trailer. Instead, I had to pay over $1000.00 for a one way u-haul rental from Denver to Las Vegas. I would never recommend this company to load anything. Unloading may be "ok" but they certainly didn't know how to load to maximize space. They put boxes on top of boxes marked "fragile" , broke three antique pieces of furniture.

I would never use this company again. Initially they arrived on time. However they didn't have the proper dollies with them and had to go back. I called the owner and he said that these 2 preferred the over the shoulder straps and that they had them with them. I told him to turn them around. It was an hour and a half before they returned. Once here they were polite but wouldn't move certain items unless we insisted and didn't take 3 or 4 items we specifically asked them to load. We had booked 3 hours but we sent them packing after the minimum 2 hours we had to pay for. They wound up putting a number of smaller items on the truck and left heavier items in the house. We had specifically hired them to handle the heavy items that we weren't able to handle our selves. They specifically ignored items that were in the basement that needed to be carried up the stairs
