The mover were good except for one of the guys left with my favorite screwdriver, Both did not come on time but the one that was not there until a little while later was a replacement for the one that was scheduled to came because of calling in sick. Also, had a hard time communicating with one of them (the one that took my screwdriver), telling that my bed frame would flatten out but took the other man to tell him same thing for him to understand.

Movers worked fast and efficiently, put things in rooms where they needed to be and didn't leave us with a jumbled mess. Very nice guys!

We were just moving from the first floor to the garage for a remodel job. This company looked good on reviews but the ones they sent - no way!
They were both inexperienced movers, not knowing how to turn furniture to get through door. They also were not strong enough to handle big pieces. This lead to severe damaged my desk (8 chunks of wood off edge); my solid oak table (edge damage again - wood torn off), and the arm of my leather couch.
This was all because they had little experience and wouldn't listen to my plea to lift over the brick doorstep instead of dragging the furniture across the bricks.
My wife heard one guy on his cell phone saying that they learn a little each time and complaining how heavy the our furniture was (and he was on his phone a lot during the two hours).
I wouldn't hire this bunch to move back into the house. I can't afford any more damage! I wonder how I can possibly recover some of the $2,000 worth of damage that was already done.

My movers worked really hard and stayed an hour extra. They took no break in four hours. I had several pieces of heavy furniture, as well as many, many boxes–two 16' PODS to unload. They were very careful with all my things. My only complaint is that they arrived with no tools to put furniture together. When I spoke with the company the day before I can't remember if I requested tools, but it did say that they had tools on their HireAHelper site. I wish the person I spoke with had asked if I needed tools. Moving is very stressful. It is hard to remember everything. I wish they had helped out in this way.

They did well in a short period of time. Told service they would be moving washer and dryer yet they didn't bring a dolly, somehow the two of them managed without. I thought they were curteous and careful
