I booked these guys because they had more moves than anybody in the area. They showed up late,but when they got here they got right to work and had everything moved from the third floor down into the 20ft. truck in 2 hours flat ( I booked 3 hours) great job!!Thanks Jon and David. Will definitely use these guys again.

The two workers we hired showed up on time and were friendly. We asked them to pack a moving truck, we (four friends and I) brought most of the furniture and boxes out to the truck. They loaded the items onto the truck. At the end of the day, we were very disappointed with the loading. Before the truck left town, I asked the two workers if they would be willing to repack the last six feet or so, and they refused, asking for additional pay. The crew we hired on the other end was horrifed to see the unprofessional packing job - specifically the placement of furniture and the stacking of boxes. I took pictures and submitted a claim. The claim staff with Hire A Helper was very helpful.

Everything went great. They were quick, polite and efficient. There were a couple of places where I was particular about how something was packed. They responded to my requests and accommodated me. Would definitely hire again.

They did a pretty good job, but they were not as experienced or professional as I was expecting. Some of my belongings were damaged, and we ran out of room in the truck because toward the end they were not packing the truck as well as they did in the beginning.
