We had 2 guys that came and helped us unload our U-Haul. They were early which was great, and very hard workers. They weren't super careful (they did scuff up a couple walls and the couch), but they got the job done in a timely manner. We seriously couldn't have done it without them and they had great attitudes. We had a huge sectional and they worked incredibly hard to get it in the house. Even though they weren't the most careful, I would still highly recommend them.

The two workers who came to load my POD were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and on time. They offered very creative solutions to organizing the material in the POD. They were attentive to the time constraints, and worked hard. I would absolutely, 100% use them again, and recommend them very highly.

Last job of the day. Very sloppy loading, no attention to detail. Not all of the room on the truck was utilized so we had to spend more $$ on a U-haul trailer. Most of my nice, 2 yr old furniture has scuffs or scratches. Glad to be far away now.

We decided to use Helps U Move at the last second and they came through for us. Jonathan and Richard were on time and immediately went to work. The move went without problems and they were very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend them for your moves.

The 2 men that showed up did a great job and worked very hard. They were very careful not to scratch the walls or items they were carrying. These 2 guys replaced the 2 that were supposed to show up and didn't. I was told they couldn't even be found or contacted. Someone needs to confirm with your movers in the morning before they are to show up. Most moves are very time oriented.

We appreciate the effort of the crew. They were on time and stayed until the job was completed. We were disappointed when one crew member was moving items into the moving truck while smoking a cigarette.

I hired 2 helpers for 2 hours. They showed up 2 hours late without any phone call to inform me; I had to call twice to hunt them down. Then they only did 1.5 hrs. of work since my husband and I had pretty much moved all the boxes ourselves by the time they showed up so they just had furniture to move. Needless to say, they didn't get a tip and I will not be using this service again.
