They had arrived 2 1/2 hours late as there previous job took them longer than anticipated. They kept us in the loop the entire time and advised when they would arrive. Very pleasant. They did a very professional job and were willing to help any way that they could. We would definitely use them again.

With other movers suggestions were made but not with these. If you are taking a full cart of things to the storage unit and have now emptied the cart why leave the empty cart at the storage unit why not take it back to the truck and load it up again. There were small breaks taken without me knowing and I had to surprisingly find out. There were a few things wrong with the whole process. But at the end of the two hours things got done. They arrived on time and was a blessing considering the first assigned movers did not show up. I would reconsider in using them again.

Forgot the man's name who was in charge, but he was a beast! Got everything packed up like he mastered Tetris his whole life, and ran his crew like a champ. Left me 3 extra feet of space for miscellaneous junk. Very highly recommended

Worst job ever! Workers did not appear to have any loading experience. Randomly loaded items without thought for safe placement. Did not use any straps, which I provided,to secure load at all. Therefore significant load shift with multiple damage. Unloaders said job was terrible. Boxes appear to have been TOSSED in on top of others. Did not blanket wrap expensive sectional couch. Piled stuff on top which caused upholstery dents which do not recover. Tossed box opened and spilled bleach cleaning product onto couch. No remedy for that. They broke the heavy gauge metal clips which hold the sectional pieces together. Did not blanket wrap footstool causing dents. Did not blanket wrap chest causing total scrape off of wood finish on edge. Hope you ask for different movers.

It was a very hot and humid day/evening. They called to let us know they would be at the site between 3-4 pm, they arrived 4.10 pm, which was fine. The 2 men worked very, very hard and was very respectful with the property and goods. I would use them again.
