They showed up 10 minutes early and worked like mad men. We were done in 1 hour and I didn’t mind paying for two with the level of service I got. They even helped me troubleshoot a jammed door on my POD moving container. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased when three gentleman showed up for the job at my house to load a 16 foot pod. They were very conscientious and respectful of my furniture they made sure that everything was properly wrapped up. We ran into one glitch which was my treadmill on the second floor they did not know how to take it apart and they did not want to attempt it. Unfortunately but fortunately I need to get a second pod so I knew that I would have to find somebody else anyway to rectify the whole Treadmill situation. Had this been my only pod it might’ve been a little difficult to have this problem to deal with that day and try to find somebody to take it apart for me. All in all these gentlemen were very good I would recommend them highly. In terms of providing our own blankets is fine but I think a conversation needs to be had when the movers call to really go over what kind of furniture you have and how many pads they think you should have because I ended up making three separate trips to Home Depot for blankets and shrink wrap that I think could’ve been avoided if we could’ve had the conversation before. Time is of the essence so anything you can do to help Would be very much appreciated. you guys know better than we as you do this on a daily basis. Maybe even visit the home before the move. One more very important thing that I’d like to point out our your phone people are tremendous they make you feel like you’re part of the family and they’re going to take care of you 150%. I ended up using you for my second pod and they found another company for me to dismantle the treadmill your person by the name of Ryder is outstanding he got back to me in less than 10 minutes very excited that he had movers that could help me out. Thank you again for your excellent service I appreciate it as moving is very stressful.

They worked hard and sent an extra third set of hands. More was accomplished in 3 hours than I expected. A very strong crew that really hustled. They arrived 12 minutes late due to traffic but they did call me when they left and later when they hit traffic. I would strongly recommend them and would use them again.

The two/three man team was very good at moving our home. They were cooperative in removing their shoes as our sold home had to pass the pre-close 'final walk-through'; all went well. They took care to wrap all furniture/items with moving blankets as needed. and was able to load both containers very well. It took about 30 minutes longer than the scheduled time allotment, but ok with that considering moving from a quad level home.
Were able to find all items, except the legs for one of our furniture sets; we eventually found the legs in a garage store cabinet(???). All is ok.

When requesting service I wrote about a old telephone booth. The dolly that they brought had a low inflated tire.
Which was also too small to move something of this size.
This created a dangerous situation for your employees and my property. As when moving the booth it got off balance and almost fell over.
