I drove a UHaul to Ann Arbor and just wanted help unloading the truck into my apt. Helpful Movers arrived 2 hours late!!!!! They didn’t even call to notify me, I had to text to ask if they needed directions. They told me they’d be 20 min late, but it ended up being 2 hours. Three guys arrived instead of the two I had requested, which was nice because they moved my furniture in less than an hour. But they smoked the whole time, which made the UHaul smell and UHaul made me pay a cleaning fee. I would not recommend them!

Our movers were on time and they called us to let us know that they were on the way. They worked nonstop for the 4 hours onsite and were in constant communication with us to make sure they didn’t miss anything. We arrived in Florida and the truck was still packed well with no damage. Guys did a great job.
