I & O moving was such a good choice. Gordon let me know when they were arriving and called back when there was traffic saying it would be delayed. He was very professional and kept me updated on their moves. When the movers got there they were efficient and didn’t mind me adding more stuff on that I forgot needed to be moved. After it was done, Gordon called me to make sure I was completely satisfied. It was a smooth experience -which is the best kind. I would definitely recommend them.

I had two amazing helpers that arrived on the day of the move! and they stayed a lot longer than we originally planned.they did a great job of handling all of my personal items with care. Gordon was great at organizing everything in my truck rental and also handling the entire process from booking it to the day of arrival. They also kept me updated by calling ahead and letting me know their time of arrival. I would highly recommend them!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.

you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
