I highly recommend I & O moving. They worked extremely hard and even stayed extra hours since we totally underestimated our move! They packed the storage containers carefully and efficiently, we could never have done it so quickly or fit in as much into each container.

Movers arrived early and were prepared for the job. They were hard workers and did an excellent job figuring out how to load the truck to fill it properly and well balanced. They were careful with our household goods and careful with our home. We plan to use them again.

The moving crew showed up on time, got all the work done as scheduled, and were courteous. Despite the heat inside the apartment building and the extra tasks that were necessary to fulfill to physically move furniture out into the moving truck without damage to the corridors, the movers did all that was asked of them and without complaints. Very professional attitude and hard-working trio. I do not remember any of them taking a break during the day. I would definitely recommend this company and if I should ever return back to the Virginia area, I will hire them again. The building engineer was also highly impressed with their can-do attitude.

complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
