They were incredibly helpful and efficient. Not only did they work fast, but they also loaded the truck efficiently. We probably rented too small of a truck, but they made everything fit in a completely secure way. Nothing had moved when we reached our destination. We also waited until the night before to book them, yet they were on time and ready to go. Thank you for making our move so much less stressful!

The 4 young GENTLEMEN that was sent to unload my furniture from the pod was extremely great! Not only were they courteous but they really were careful and did no damage to my new build. They came in did the move and was out before the 2 hour window. I would highly recommend this mover. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED! If I could do 10 stars I would!

This is the second time we have used I&O Moving and Gordan's team. The reason we used them a second time was due to the fact we had a great initial experience. Gordan is prompt in followup once you have scheduled to confirm date time. He calls you when he is on his way to your location and the moves go smoothly as you could expect. I would use I&O again and would highly recommend!

Movers were on time, prepared, worked hard, professional and friendly. Successful piano move and many large furniture items. The job took twice as long as originally estimated and some pieces were dinged / scratched, but considering the flights of steps and that some pieces had to be carried around the back of the house (in the mud!), I'm giving five stars! What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
