These guys were phenomenal! They arrived on time and gave us a call prior to arrival to keep us updated. They were prepared and jumped right into the work. They worked quickly and carefully, and they worked incredibly hard (we had three flights of stairs), and they maintained a great positive attitude the whole way through. I would definately recommend I&O moving. Any questions I had were promptly and accurately answered by Gordon, the man-in-charge. I had 2 helpers who very very nice, professional and hard working. They took good care of our belongings while working at a brisk pace. I had a few requests which were carried out as desired. This was the first time I ever "splurged"and hired helpers and it was well worth the price! There were no extra/hidden costs or fees...it was all as advertised up front!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.

you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
