The two workers showed up on time, but all they were was muscle. They weren't thinking. First there was a threat of rain that day. The first piece moved was scratched across the face. They just wanted to get done quickly. They moved our roll top desk in two pieces and we want to secure them together for the 1300 mile move. They kept bring pieces out and putting them in the truck making it very hard to work. We asked them to stop until we secured the desk. They kept brining out pieces and putting them in the yard. We again asked them to stop bringing out furniture. Then it started to rain. They didn't start trying to cover the furniture until I jumped out of the truck to do it. We had water marks on 4 pieces. We were very frustrated we just asked them to leave. They were only there an hour. We paid the full price and told them to leave. The supervisor called and kept saying he was taking care of things, but everything time I called him back he said oh I was waiting for you to do this or that which he never asked me to do. So the supervision at this company isn't much better. I would never recommend this company. I then called hire a helper. They were very helpful and I now have a claim filed for the damages and should receive a check in 5-10 business days. I would use hire a helper again.

Excellent movers! Gordon and Josh arrived 25 min early. They both worked very hard to get all of our things in, and to all the appropriate rooms. We’ve used movers 3 other times, and these guys were by far the friendliest! Hopefully this is our last move for a long time, but you can be sure we will use them if we ever move again!!

I & O were great movers! My shipping container was delayed and they worked with me by communicating and arriving on time to pack the container. I worked with Gordon who was responsive and made sure we were ready before arriving. They did a great job packing everything and we even requested industrial seran wrap, which they provided and used to help pack delicate objects. They packed things in a way that would preserve items and were respectful of my property. I would definitely recommend I & O to anyone who needs moving labor help!

This place is fantastic. We organized a move on short notice and got 2 great guys! Gordon, Ahmed (sp?) and Troy did excellent work and were fun to talk with as we packed the truck. It was all done in much less time than we anticipated. They were on time, prepared, communicative, worked extremely hard and carefully with our things, very respectful of us and our things. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!!

I & O was absolutely amazing! One of the hottest days of the year thus far and they absolutely rocked despite the heat. Very professional and outgoing, they were a pleasure to work side by side with. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.

you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.

All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
