The crew that arrived knew what to do, how to move the belongings, load the truck, and then safely and efficiently unload it.
When we needed them for a 2nd day they overcame obstacles to get to the job and stayed late to make sure we were unloaded and could get on without them.
We would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys went above and beyond for me. I had seriously underestimated the time it would take to load. They stayed as long as it took to load the truck like a jenga puzzle. It was a beautiful sight; the unload crew complimented them, too.

They arrived on time and did a great job getting all my stuff into the trailer. It took a lot longer then the estimate, but they worked the entire time so I can't complain about it.

They were on time.
They were prepared well for the job.
They worked very hard. (they carried several heavy items that were so bulky that the had to go out the back door and get walked around the building because they would not fit down the stairs.)
They were respectful of our property and goods (I was especially concerned that the truck get packed properly so that our property would not bounce around, they did an especially good job of packing).

I had several problems with the service I received
1. I did receive a phone call the day after I booked the service. We discussed doing the job on Friday (the day I booked) but that they may have other obligations that would run too long. So he suggested Saturday (more inconvenient for me but still doable). He let me know he'd call me back the next day to confirm. I did not receive a call, so I waited 2 more days until the Thursday before, when I called him. He let me know it'd have to be Saturday.
2. They were on time and completed the job within the timeframe of 2 hours.
3. They BROKE my dresser. They commented on how it had been loaded into the POD, and how that posed difficulties in getting it out. A different moving company had loaded my stuff, and two guys had loaded my dresser without removing the shelves. After getting the dresser out of the POD, they commented that it would be easier to remove the shelves. So we did. He then proceeded to tilt my dresser frame on its edge, and attempted to put it on a furniture cart. At some point, the whole frame buckled. I didn't receive a single apology. All I got were excuses. "It's how it was loaded, it was from IKEA so it was cheap, not my fault." The way it was LOADED was no longer an excuse once they got it out of the POD!!!! This instead of an "I'm so sorry", or an offer to compensate me at all for the extra $200 I had to spend for a new one.
4. They did help me back the rented trailer out of my very tight parking lot.
Pros and cons, but overall the dresser incident tainted my entire experience. All I heard were excuses, no responsibility taken.

Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
