Mike and his helper were on time and worked hard. They had to be pretty creative with fitting everything in the truck. The job time was double but that was mostly due to me not properly estimating how much stuff i had. They were a pleasure to work with.

I requested service for a pack and move for a kitchen. Mike (the owner), was excellent on the phone, setting up and coordinating everything. He was very professional and I was requesting service literally at the last second. He didn't come himself though, and the two movers he sent left some things to be desired.
My Backgound: I've had professional movers move me from OR --> CA, and then from CA--> WA, so I feel I know what to expect. It seemed as if the mover who was in charge brought along his friend who had absolutely no packing experience (had only carried boxes). I had to show them how to wrap wine glasses and other items with packing paper. I feel with some direction they would have worked well, but unfortunately I wasn't being paid to direct, which I had to do multiple times. Additionally, for a normal sized kitchen, it took them roughly 9 man hours (2 people x 4.5 hours) to pack it only. This was completed in 4 man hours by both previous moving companies, and I had already packed 3 full boxes (1.5'x1.5'x2.5' approx), so inexperience and the slow pace of the movers contributed to my spending much more money than planned, and not getting everything loaded. I also had 4 dishes broken by the inexperienced mover, which was quickly resolved by Mike.
Overall: Great service from Mike, I feel the move would have gone much smoother and far fewer issues had he been there. The movers he sent did not represent his company well. I would request Mike to be there on a pack/move.

Very punctual and nice, but not very professional in their knowledge of loading and unloading. They were not prepared for the job--one fellow was wearing athletic shower shoes with socks--and they were very slow. They were respectful and careful of the stuff being moved. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. Too bad, as I have at least two more jobs that they could have had. Oh well.

Mike and his crew were fantastic movers: from the moment we first talked about the job, he was flexible and understanding about the nature of POD moving. He showed up early on move day, prepared to work hard. They were thorough, super organized and careful all day long; as a result of all of their work, none of my belongings were damaged. They were also very personable and nice to work with. I would absolutely use them again!

Michael Clarke was great. He and his partner moved my LR, DR, and kitchen furniture to my garage; I'm starting a remodel. They were on time, worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. Michael was particularly careful with several antiques and had creative solutions for two armoires that couldn't get out door. I will hire him again! Thanks!

For us to give a confirmation call before the start time to let the customer know that we are on our way, and arrive on time and handle items with care, while preventing any damages in the process...
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
