According to unload crew in AZ: large items were placed on top of boxes. Furniture was placed on boxes. When removing an item another item would fall because the box it was on was being crushed. A microwave was among the items damaged. Basically, an unprofessional loading job.

Will and his crew were out of town for a move so the start time for my move (they were providing labor only to pack POD container) was delayed and he communicated that early in the process. He assured me they would be there at some point during the day and since I was flexible on time it worked out well. The guys were polite (no swearing) and attentive to my instructions. I had some antique pieces so I made them aware that they would need extra care, which they did. They didn't take any breaks and worked consistently to get the packing done. Will packed the POD container expertly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone packing and moving.

They were fantastic. They were on time after traveling 1.5 hours to our house, well-prepared and worked hard to finish the job in 2 hours! They were respectful of our property and got the right things in the right (3) trucks which were going to different destinations.

Movers did an excellent job! They arrived on time and were ready to work. They packed a trailer 8' wide by 9' tall by 17' deep super quick and tight. They were responsive to every question I had and followed directions well. I would highly recommend these guys and would take them with me to NC if I could to unload. Great job!

We were very happy with our experience with Affordable Professional Movers! Mickey and Kevin were very friendly, quick and careful. We could tell that they really cared about doing a great job and about protecting our furnature. Their many years of experiance was demonstrated by the high quality of their work. We never would have been able to fit all our our furnature and boxes into our storage containers without their help! Thank you!

We will never use this group of movers again. It was horrible from start to finish. I am pregnant so we had a lot of small boxes so that I could maneuver and they took that as an opportunity to complain saying we had way too much stuff and it would take them 3 times as long as what we hired them for. Yeah if they carry one box at a time and they did a lot of the time! A lot of smoke breaks were taken and the smell of alcohol emanating from their pores was a nice touch. Ultimately we ended up with broken and or damaged items by the end of the move and less than impressed. We did a lot to help them out by staging everything so they didnt have to go room to room on the loading end and should have been a huge time saver but I guess they saw that as smoke break opportunities.

The first time we used these movers was great with no problems. This time was a different story. 2 movers who smelled like alcohol with too many cigarette breaks, too much mouth and things were damaged and or broken. For the load most everything was staged for them and already taken apart. They literally had to walk in the door and items were there to be loaded. When things were more than half cleared out they slowed way down and started disappearing only to drag it out for another 2 hours. Our rocking recliner was in one piece prior to the move and afterward left in 2. They had no tools yet insisted upon taking our loveseat apart or they would walk off the job. We wouldnt recommend this company nor will we use them again in the future.
