Mickey & Omar couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They showed up a few minutes early, organized the stuff I had already loaded into the truck (in such an amazing way), & really took care of the the add'l items that they loaded themselves to ensure everything was as protected & secure as possible. OVER CHARGED ME $100 FOR AN ADDITIONAL HOUR - WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER WILLIAM SAID IT WAS HIRE A HELPER THAT BILLED FOR THE EXTRA HOUR AND HE COULDNT REFUND MY MONEY. WHEN I CALLED HIRE A HELPER THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT TRUE AND GOT WILLIAM ON THE PHONE. HE NOT ONLY CHEATED ME OUT OF THE $100 FOR THE EXTRA HOUR BUT HE LIED TO ME.
WIlliam, I guaranteed two hours. Your statement to me about Hire A Helper was not me twisting your words that is exactly what you told me. I cancelled my move with you for 5/11
When the guys finished the job early, I still have to pay them for the 3 hours booked. When you called I explained this to you.
You told me HireaHelper added the hour and you only wanted 2 hours. I said, if that’s the case, you should call them. When you called them and tried twisting my words they conferenced me in, and explained that you did this online and you’re the one that hired 3 hours.

We are a team of professional movers here to make moving day less stressful for you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we like to be prompt and get right to work. We can often be flexible around changing schedules, as trucks and closing dates often have changes or delays.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, make sure you have enough furniture pads, straps or rope, equipment/tools, etc. We provide some of these things, make sure to communicate with your movers about what is included and what you need to provide.

We handle internal moves (relocating some items within the house), local, long distance, office moves, pods, containers, trucks, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being a mover because we meet a lot of interesting people. From football stars to your friendly neighbor next door, we meet lots of new and interesting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each of our crew have over a decade of experience in the industry. We are a small group and keep it small on purpose, we don’t expand and hire more movers for more jobs, we keep it small to ensure top quality service, over quantity of jobs / crews working.
