Hired 2 workers to unload a POD storage container during move in. They were professional, on time, friendly, respectful of my belongings, and very helpful. They finished the job quickly and safely. The communication for set up and prior to the move was excellent, and made the move much easier for me. I would definitely hire through this company again, and would recommend them to everyone.

The text told me that the crew would arrive between 8 and 9. They arrived around noon. When I called to check what happened the men weren’t even on their way - weren’t scheduled or something. Half an hour later I was called by Cedric asking where I was - they were at my previous address across town. When they finally arrived they began unloading, Cedric was not being careful with my things. I had to speak to him twice to remind him to be careful. One of my end tables has a 2x5 inch scrape on the leg. Then Cedric announced he had to leave to pick up his daughter leaving Omar to finish what was a fair amount of unloading. Boxes were put in my house without regard to the clearly labeled room for placement and blocking hallways and doors. All in all very sloppy and unprofessional.

Two guys showed up 3 hours late. One guy was actually negative help. He dragged a piece of metal furniture across the brand new floor in my entryway three times before realizing he was gouging the floor. He then decided he wasn't feeling well and sat in his car facing the back of the moving truck and refused to help. The other mover enlisted the help of a guy walking down the street to help with a dresser. I had gone to get a burger and when I returned and saw this I told them both to leave as I didn't want any further damage done. The owner of the company insisted that I pay the minimum fee which turned out to be $553.15 for two hours (plus stairs). He claimed the damage was not worth the estimate of $460 and suggested he give me $100 and I could putty it myself. This guy is a crook, I've never left a bad review before but, if I could send this guy to jail for fraud I would. Hire him if you hate your money and your stuff.

They forgot items. They packed the mattress without the box spring and bed frame. They packed a table top without the table and chairs. They were supposed to package the glass table top but only put it put it between two mattresses and while it was unpacked the table top broke. Several of the items shifted so all the front boxes fell off the truck when opened. A lot of the furniture was broken into pieces. They placed heavy boxes on top of lighter boxes even when asked not to. Ignored instructions.

If I could give 0 stars to owner??Will Lloyd?? I would...guys were hard working (5??‘S) & definitely underpaid @ $20hr.while he makes the big bucks pushing these men to do jobs fast & on to the next.He is not honest & will not be held accountable/responsible for damages that were done during a loading of a recent job.The guys packed everything super tight in a pod to make everything fit setting/pushing an antique desk on end & then forcing door closed .When the pod was unloaded 3 days later the desk was in pieces & twisted to the point of no return.Owner says now it was because there weren’t enough blankets which is NOT true but looking to avoid any responsibility to make it right.I will not hire him for any future moves & will tell friends not to also.

On moving day we like to be prompt and get right to work. We can often be flexible around changing schedules, as trucks and closing dates often have changes or delays.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, make sure you have enough furniture pads, straps or rope, equipment/tools, etc. We provide some of these things, make sure to communicate with your movers about what is included and what you need to provide.

Each of our crew have over a decade of experience in the industry. We are a small group and keep it small on purpose, we don’t expand and hire more movers for more jobs, we keep it small to ensure top quality service, over quantity of jobs / crews working.
