We needed help with our heavier items to be loaded into a POD. We booked 5 Starr Moving through Moving Staffers Marketplace. It was easy to schedule appointment. There were several options to choose from regarding how many people and for how many hours. We had two great guys, Dee and Jordan. They arrived on time, came with dollies. The appointment was scheduled for 2 movers for 3 hours. Dee and Jordan took care in the placing and packing items in the POD. They worked so diligently that they were done in less than 2 hours. (We did have a lot of the furniture already padded and shrink wrapped). It is unfortunate that we did not receive a credit back for the hour not used. Still, I would use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Jordan, Dee, Tyrone and Twain. I have never met such polite guys and such hard workers. They were done ahead of time and save me space on the truck. I couldn’t recommend this company anymore. My dealings with Jay, the owner were wonderful and I have high praise for them.

The guys showed up and worked very hard however they had an attitude and wouldn’t take direction from us. They also were not being careful of our fragile items. I’m not sure what condition our items will be in when we get them back. I would not use this company again.

I was feeling overwhelmed, but 5 Starr Moving made the entire process seamless. They unloaded my truck quickly and efficiently, and even organized the storage unit so everything is easy to access. They were incredibly kind, professional, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I even got to know them a bit during the process, which made the experience that much better. They were truly amazing—the best movers I’ve ever hired. Highly recommend!

The men were on time, they were courteous and efficient workers!! All were pleasant to interact with. They worked together and definitely knew how to load a 26’ truck. We appreciated how well they worked and finished earlier than expected! You should definitely use these guys! We’ll be referring them to our realtor for they’re customer

They were supposed to be there at 9, then 10. they finally arrived after 3:00pm. They were not equipped to load boxes and had only one small dolly. They used mine because it was bigger and better and then overloaded and blew out the tire. My boxes were clearly marked on which way they should be loaded. I had arrows and writing on them stating how they should be loaded and if they were fragile and they disregarded my instructions and loaded the pod horribly.
