Jay, the manager, was very polite and worked with me to reschedule after a family emergency. The next day, we had to reschedule because the worker had worked 12 hours and was fitting me in, I was in no rush so I understood. Problem was, they came the next day, so 2 days later than planned, and got there 90 min later than I was told in a text (I was told no later than 2 pm, I didn't even hear from them until after 2 pm that they were on the way. One of the workers, T, was doing all the heavy lifting and most of the moving. Tyson just stayed at the truck moving boxes around. Tyson was also texting while also moving items. My move took an extra hour and I was charged for it, which I don't think would've been the case if Tyson was more of a team player and less alfa and bossy to T. T was struggling halfway through, and Tyson barely made a sweat.They also really scraped up my fully automatic Vari Desk (Tyson was the one moving it). I am not happy with the quality of the move and feel Tyson milked the price. He also told me to send $100 to him directly, not his manager...said he would make sure T got his part right away and his manager would take time on it... I worry T didn't get anything by the way Tyson just was.
