The movers did a very good job but they complained that they were told the job was one load and unload. That was NOT the deal I contracted for. I made it clear I had a storage unit that had to be emptied and contracted to have 2 people and 3 hours to get it done. The 16 ft truck was unavailable so I got a smaller one. The drive to the new location was only 15 minutes away. The booker did not even suggest to me that they would only do one load regardless of time. I paid based on an hourly rate.

We needed help with our heavier items to be loaded into a POD. We booked 5 Starr Moving through Moving Staffers Marketplace. It was easy to schedule appointment. There were several options to choose from regarding how many people and for how many hours. We had two great guys, Dee and Jordan. They arrived on time, came with dollies. The appointment was scheduled for 2 movers for 3 hours. Dee and Jordan took care in the placing and packing items in the POD. They worked so diligently that they were done in less than 2 hours. (We did have a lot of the furniture already padded and shrink wrapped). It is unfortunate that we did not receive a credit back for the hour not used. Still, I would use them again in the future.
