We needed help with our heavier items to be loaded into a POD. We booked 5 Starr Moving through Moving Staffers Marketplace. It was easy to schedule appointment. There were several options to choose from regarding how many people and for how many hours. We had two great guys, Dee and Jordan. They arrived on time, came with dollies. The appointment was scheduled for 2 movers for 3 hours. Dee and Jordan took care in the placing and packing items in the POD. They worked so diligently that they were done in less than 2 hours. (We did have a lot of the furniture already padded and shrink wrapped). It is unfortunate that we did not receive a credit back for the hour not used. Still, I would use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Jordan, Dee, Tyrone and Twain. I have never met such polite guys and such hard workers. They were done ahead of time and save me space on the truck. I couldn’t recommend this company anymore. My dealings with Jay, the owner were wonderful and I have high praise for them.

The guys showed up and worked very hard however they had an attitude and wouldn’t take direction from us. They also were not being careful of our fragile items. I’m not sure what condition our items will be in when we get them back. I would not use this company again.
