The guys did a wonderful job! They were very respectful and professional. They arrived right when we showed up and went right to work unloading our stuff. They brought all their own equipment and utilized it as efficiently as possible. They provided communication through the entire process making sure to ask questions when needed. I would Definitely recommend 5 Starr Moving and I will use them again for our next move.

They arrived towards the tail end of the quoted time frame however they were very efficient, kind and knew how to maneuver a move out of a Miami high rise condo effectively.
They were hard working up until the very end of the time frame given. Would book again!

Booked 3 guys, told it was a family business. The guys that showed up were not in a uniform as told when spoke to the owner of the business. They arrived once they finished smoking pot. Their packing service was terrible, i hope our furniture isn't damaged. They asked to be fed pizza! Ate our chips and gum without asking, scratched the patio floor by dragging our patio table. These guys just didn't care for our belongings. If we weren't in a time crunch to be out of the house, i would have refused their service based on their appearance and demeanor. We booked 3 guys for 3 hours, to pack 1 POD. Would. not recommend this company at all. Will be making an official complaint to the owner, but it was his brother who was one of the crew members, so I doubt anything will happen.
