The guys were professional and worked for 6 hrs . They were polite . And did a very good job

They argued my address and gate code, though they went to the wrong storage unit. They arrived and had no initiative to start grabbing things. Not very sociable. They only needed to work for an hour. After the job, I was unable to locate the invoice and the dude audibly sighed and sat on the corner of my truck to say I'm being an inconvenience.
I recommend finding people with better attitudes. The service they provide is a tough one, but that's not my fault and you should do your job with integrity.

I have to apologize for my late review. I have been very busy. In any event, My movers were very patient with me when I arrived late they never complained. Even, when I couldn't find the key to my storage lock. Over all, they were efficient, determined to make sure my experience in a( very professional) way was pleasant. Everyone of the staff worked hard. I would definitely use this company again. I have used Hire Helper many times and this company hands down made me less worried. Thanks again!

They arrived on time and even called me 45 minutes before they came. They shrink wrapped some things that needed to be. They worked speedily and finished ahead of time. Nothing was damaged or bruised. I would recommend them.

my original movers cancelled the day of my move due to Covid. Hire a Helper quickly found me 5 Starr Moving and they were able to help me after completing another job. they communicated well and came to help as soon as they were done. they worked hard and did not seem upset about doing another job later in the day on a weekend. i would use them again.
