I PAID FOR 4 HOURS AND WAS TOLD BY THE CREW CHIEF THAT HE HAD TO LEAVE AT 3 HOURS...AND THE OTHER PERSON WAS RIDING WITH HIM SO HE HAD TO LEAVE,...THEY WOULD NOT CREDIT ME FOR THAT LAST HOUR.
SO, I'M NOT HAPPY THAT THEY LEFT BEFORE WE WERE FINISHED AND BECAUSE THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE.

The team was great. They came one day to pack up our stuff and the next day to unload. I couldn’t be happier. The guys were great and fast. We had 3 large trucks and it was raining. Will def use again on next move.

They were an hour late, they sent only one professional mover and one other person who was apparently hired that day, and they took over two hours to load belongings from a standard one-bedroom apartment. This caused me to miss a deadline with the management of my apartment complex, which I told the movers about, and now I have to go out of my way to take care of matters with the management. When unloading, the movers wasted time speaking to their boss on the phone and standing around instead of moving my belongings into the storage unit. Not to mention, they dropped several of my boxes and left a lot of scuff marks on the floor, walls, and baseboards. This is only the second review I've ever left online, but I really wanted to warn anyone else who is looking to use their services. At the very least, the two workers were nice.

5 Starr Moving did an incredible job on my recent move. Jay contacted me personally the day before to just confirm the date, time, and details. On moving day, I was meant by my mover, CO, exactly on schedule at my location. CO was extremely quick, efficient, and had a great attitude. He helped me move everything much quicker and with less hassle than I was expecting. I’d strongly recommend 5 Starr Moving.

I had previously used this company and loved them. So disappointed this time around. Over four hours late, only one man to help me move (took 4 hours instead of 2) and literally all of my stuff is damaged!! He dropped several boxes in front of me. Don’t book unless you want all of your belongings broken or dented. Manager is terrible at communicating as well and will not answer your call.
