I have 2 issues, both related to the company that set this service up. Due to an error in communication on the service intermediary my crew left me in the middle of a move. Not a good thing. They also had conditions about when they wanted to start as opposed to when i wented to start. This wasn't a big deal to me when i booked and it was only 1/2 hour difference but then they had to leave way early in the moving process to do another job. Not something that was communicated to me when i booked.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a terrible experience with Samuel Services. I booked them over a month in advance to unload my Uhaul truck for 2 hours and asked them to arrive between 11am-noon. I was told that they would confirm via telephone. I never received a confirmation call and had to call them myself before the move. Day-of, they didn’t show up. I called multiple times to see what was going on. We had to triple park our huge Uhaul in the drizzling rain and couldn’t wait around for them since the Uhaul was due soon. Two men from Samuel Services finally arrived at 1:20pm (over 2 hours later than I had booked). At that point, my dad and I had already managed to unload 50 large boxes, 4 bookcases, a bike, a table, 5 chairs, a heavy mirror, and 90% of the rest of the truck. When they finally arrived, the two men carried in the last 7 pieces of furniture in 20 minutes. Then they expected us to fully pay them for 2 hours of work. I had to negotiate a discounted price but still way overpaid. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to wait around for hours and/or do all the work yourself.
