Let me first start off by saying the guys the showed up were actually really nice, professional, on time, and did a great job, they are not my complaint. Can’t blame the work force for what is obviously a half rate operation. I got online to hire movers to assist with the move in of my girlfriend. The website was straight forward and I booked the date/time and funding. Three days later I get a call and they say, sorry…we can’t work you in a 11am after all, but we can come at 3pm. I was miffed but stated, um..I guess so, what kind of discount can I get since you have changed the time at the last minute. The guy laughs in the phone, real professional there buddy, and says that there will not be a discount, laughs again and then says I can feel free to cancel if I want. Of course I wanted to cancel but you had me in a place where you knew I couldn’t since you called the day before the move and obviously left me with no choice but to let you arrive whenever you felt like. Your company is horrible. You are unprofessional and manipulate people into thinking they are getting one thing when in all actuality you are giving them another. All of this to be laughed at and force to change my time table because you didn’t want to follow through with what you already agreed on. What a company that doesn’t care about your time and then laughs at you when they know they have you cornered? Then this is the company for you. Welcome to the day of social media “laughing” guy. I hope people see this review and spend their money elsewhere.

Very strong communication from confirming the appointment and working with me to reschedule a time. They showed up on time, which is rare for most people. Pleasant to work with and extremely efficient. Completed the job that I thought would take 2 hours in much less time. Although I still paid for 2 hours of labor, it was worth it. I would definitely use this company again!

The two guys that loaded my truck were awesome. They finished early and packed the truck well. We drove from DC to South Carolina and nothing was damaged during the drive. Great job.

These guys were amazing! I used them twice, once to move my basement into storage POD and once for the remainder of the home into a moving van. I couldn't believe they got both jobs completed in exactly 2 hours. I also couldn't believe they fit every single item into the storage POD. Not one of my items broke in the moving van from DC to Raleigh. They were extra careful to wrap and secure everything with ropes. I would highly recommend using them!

Hired 2 movers for 3 hours. They arrived promptly at scheduled time and after a quick survey to see what the job entailed, they began moving my items. They worked very hard and ensured my furniture was protected during the move. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.
