They was on time. Two movers showed up in car. One spoke english . They got job done pretty quick only took an hour. They could of done a better job of filling container. Barely can shut door. But alot of room on top in back . not stacked well.

Samuel Services did an outstanding job of wrapping and loading my items into the truck. They also arrived 10 minutes early, were prepared with the equipment needed to wrap and load my furniture and were very respectful of my property and the condo building I moved out of. After I drove the 650 miles to my new home, I held my breath as I opened the back of the truck. Nothing had shifted, everything was still in the same place and in perfect shape. No damage whatsoever. I'd highly recommend them!

These guys were GREAT! They were fully prepared and took on every task I set them -- including moving a kitchen island from the main floor to the basement via an outside route down the street to the alley to enter the basement from the outside, after the piece would not fit through a too-narrow doorway inside the house. Creative and careful, I would recommend the team from Samuel's Moving to anyone and will use them again myself should the need arise.

Even though it was called "2 men crew", it appeared to be "1 and a half men": one was doing all the labor while the other was wondering around slowly taking one child-appropriate weight at a time to carry... Still the job was (almost) done in estimated time with no damage to the moving stuff or property so I can call it "satisfactory" for the price charged.
