Had a good experience with Samuel Services movers. They showed up on time and even though the rental office was not open to get keys and elevator, they got right to work! Never stood around for a minute. They were able to navigate a tricky loft with spiral staircase with no problem. Also helped me arrange rugs and furniture. Thanks guys!

They showed up on time, with their trolley in tow. I was skeptical at first, having lots of heavy wooden furniture and never before used moving services; however, they did a great job. All the furniture was moved cautiously but efficiently. No glass was broken, no surfaces were scratched, and despite the heat they kept up the hard workand finished before expected. If I ever move again, I know who to call.

They really took their time to make sure they weren't going to damage anything. I had a milling machine(250lbs) and lathe(160lbs) to move. Very awkward shapes and very limited ways to carry. They got the job done and even help to set up the equipment. With all that, they still finished in an hour(2 hour minimum was understandable). I was very happy with their service, they were scheduled to arrive at 4-5pm(There was a miscommunication, and they were scheduled on Sunday, instead of Thursday. I called Thursday and they said they could be there between 4-5). They called to see if they were needed earlier(which I was ready by 2), they arrived at 3 and everything worked out perfect. Would definitely use them again!!!

**** I do not want my name or any part of my name used for this review**** We were so very pleased with the men who helped us. We had a complex move that changed last minute and the men went right along with our plans and were life savers. The condo would not allow a Pod to be parked over night so we had to switch to a Uhaul having to be packed with the items from the condo and then driven to the pod where the items were to be moved again. The men followed the Uhaul and happily unloaded the Uhaul and loaded the Pod. They were very careful with the items. They were on time and worked very hard. We would love to use these men again

Overall, the guys worked hard and did a good job. We requested 2 guys for 2 hours between 8am and 9am; to simply move our bigger furniture from one building to another next door. I got a call a few days before the date, and was told they would arrive at 8am. They arrived about 8:15am and got right to work. As for preparedness, they had a handtruck and H dolley on-hand to help them at times when needed. I also found to be clever at times in how they carried some stuff - in order to get them through doors. And like I said, they worked hard. The older guy in particular was all business - which I appreciated. Overall, we found that they were generally respectful and careful when handling our stuff. (I also had padded some sharp corners that I thought may cause tears in our stuff -- which I'm glad I did) They were a little grumpy - which I would be too if I had their job - but, at the end of the day, they worked hard and completed what we needed after only 1.25 hours. Would use them again.

Punctual; careful; respectful; and great packers! They were waiting for me when I arrived at the appointed time
with the truck. They had to use geometry to pack everything in the tiny truck and then had to re pack it all in a tiny storage unit. Despite the challenges, they were kind and professional. Definitely a great team!

Jose and Alfonso showed up early and unloaded an entire 26' truck in about an hour. Super friendly, very careful with our stuff and the quickest movers I've ever seen. I would definitely hire them again!
