This was the second time this year we have used their services. Both times were exceptional experiences! The guys were on time and worked extremely hard (several flights of stairs both times). Very respectful also. Couldn't ask for more!!

These guys were artists, I can not express my surprise that they were able to fit all of my stuff in the truck, and they did so safely (no items broken during transportation). Highly Highly Highly recommend; I'm just sad I moved out of state and cannot use them again.

Two very pleasant fellows turned up on time, asked what I needed moved into the truck, and got on with the job. No complaints whatsoever - careful loading, worked hard, basically just what you'd hope for. Make sure you have everything they'll need, like tie-downs for the load and enough furniture blankets to cover your stuff. They did bring furniture dollies, but that was about it - everything else is on you. (And that is in no way a complaint - you're buying labor. Just be prepared to help them protect your items.)

They came to my place early and they were efficient. I was moving my studio apartment and ordered two pods thinking everything would not fit. They packed it into one pod and saved me money on not having to use the second pod.

Truthfully, I didn't know what to expect. First time using helpers.
They were really really skilled at moving things, i guess that's what stood out the most. I mean they loaded up giant loads on hand carts and skillfully moved it very fast.
It was shocking how quickly they moved the items and loaded the truck and unloaded the truck.
They even through their own moving gear and blankets which came in very handy. I felt like the service exceeded my expectations and was well worth the price including tipping.
Was it "white glove" moving? No, not really but I didn't expect that. The only thing I could possibly ding them on was sweating a little on my stuff and limited communication due to language :) But ultimately you can't sweat the small stuff.

The two workers, Jose and Jorge were very good. They came right on time, had some tools that helped with uncrating a large item that I needed moved into my house.They showed real initiative in helping to unpack that item, and went from one activity to another to get the work done. I was very pleased with both of them and Samuel Services. I plan on hiring them again in a few weeks when I will need some other items moved in my house.

Movers were on time, very careful with our furniture and didn't waste any time getting our stuff loaded and unloaded. They brought all the right equipment for the job. The entire process was a great experience.
