I rarely write anything negative, I'm always afraid of what karma you send out comes back... but, if it's legit? Anyway, I was moving to WY from AZ & rented a U-haul from 8a-4p. I booked Boyce several days in advance for 5 hours in that window. They didn't arrive until 4:20pm which wasted my whole day. I was packing my vehicle & the U-haul for a storage facility I had. My plan was to upgrade to a 10x10 room when I got there which Cubesmart requires you to be there in person to do. They closed at 6pm, needless to say we didn't make it in time. Luckily, there was barely enough room to store everything, but U-haul was closed too, which made me wait until morning to return the truck which cost me more $$$. As well as my Apartment's front office being closed, which meant I had to finalize my move the next day as well (keys, walk thru, etc.) I was delayed until 11am before I left town which meant I had to rent a room in Salt Lake which cost me more $$$ b/c I had intended to drive straight thru. Plus, they didn't even work the whole 5 hours which I ate that cost as well, more like 3. They sent 1 guy & 1 girl and seemed pissed they had to move what I asked. "We're moving this too?!" & "Wow!" (that's allot of stuff) is the kind of response I got. Too, I got the feeling they wanted me to help even though they never asked me to. I didn't finish up my move that day until 10pm which was not planned. All in all it probably cost me close to $1000 when you include all the other additional costs. I think they double booked b/c he texted me he was on another job which is not cool & no way to do business. They just wanted to GET PAID! That's the feeling I got & it wasn't more than an hour later I'm getting text messages to finalize my payment. I broke my leg & can't go up & down steps very well yet or I would've done it myself. But, will I try this type of service again? NO. I gave it 2 stars b/c they miraculously didn't break anything & they packed the vehicles quite neatly with no mix ups. Sorry, but I got to be honest about what I experienced.

We contacted them Sunday afternoon because our original movers did not show up and we needed help immediately. They showed up on time and knocked out my work quickly, efficiently and most importantly, without breaking anything. I will definitely use them again!

Very happy with Boyce Moving! They were efficient and made sure all of my belongings fit into the moving truck, with limited room for shifting. All items made it to the final destination in perfect condition! Highly recommend them to anyone!
