This was the second time I used this company. The first time they unloaded a 26 ft. U-Haul truck into a 20 ft. storage unit and did an outstanding job. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. For this Job I scheduled for a show time between 1:00 and 2:00 PM and they were unable to get to my location until 4:00 PM. When they did arrive both were very tired and struggled to complete the Job. Don't get me wrong they did an excellent job of loading the truck, although it was the same two people and loading the same stuff they had unloaded into the storage unit back into the same size truck it took an hour longer. If you use this company schedule your loading in the morning so you get fresh workers and more value for your dollars.

I am not completely happy with the service, a three hour job took four hours. When the guys show up one needed to use the restroom that took fifteen minutes. They left the job to get something to eat that took twenty to twenty-five minutes, I am thinking about using another company for the Florida unloading. And I worked just hard as the guys did, but they got paid that the different.

How can you even think to screw your customers over when they are at their most vulnerable? At this point, I don’t believe a single positive review that’s been left for these assclowns.

Both the helpers were extremely courteous and did a great job. They were much more professional and capable than what I have been expecting when I arranged for movers. We accomplished much more than I had planned within the allotted time and I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.
