They were very nice. They were early which was great.
I hate to give negative reviews because they are working and trying to earn a living.
I do have one issue, three of my boxes fell off the hand truck, which cost me one antique carafe and several glasses and one figurine. It has been upsetting. All are non replaceable. I understand things happen but...
Otherwise no complaint about their over all work.

He actually replaced the carafe and delivered to my home.
I am very impressed with the care and trouble he went to.

The 2 young men were very respectful, which is wonderful to see. In this day and time, it is rare. They worked very hard the entire time. They did an Outstanding job. I also appreciate their attitude. They were very careful moving my furniture making sure it didn’t get damaged. They completed move in less time that what was expected. They knew they had a job to do and to do their very best, knowing how they performed would be a reflection on them, but most of all, on their company. Well done! I would definitely use you again and also recommend you. I hope all your workers have the same characteristics as the 2 young men who moved me.

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
