We were late because the job before u took a lil longer and I kept in contact with u the whole time your complaining about the same thing that made us late for u you ordered 3hrs but wanted us to stay longer just like the customer before u did and we would have been late for our next customer had we stayed over for you so it's ok for us to be late because ur job could have run over and not ok for the customer in front of you dont understand this review u told me guys did great they even stayed and moved other furniture around u never mentioned anything broken it's hard to think on a simple unload just carrying things in the house u would have so much damage and not realize it if there was damaged most likely done in transit we have done over 10,000 moves and never have we damaged furniture on a unload. the job was finished they unloaded everything off the truck dont know what more u want us to do my guys said u was giving us 5 stars u said they did great my guys were moving fast trying to accommodate the time u said u had to get this done by 6pm so my guys bust there buts to get it done fore u and we completed the job in 3hrs if the furniture was damaged it would have had to be banged up against something like a wall or door and u have no wall damage or door damage if ur just unwrapping ur furniture and finding damage 99% of the time its done in transit and the knob on ur dresser had to be done by the loaders it was wrapped we just brought it in the house and now 8 days later ur saying a knob is broken I even sent an extra guy at no cost to u if we break anything we always take responsibility and repair if the customer calls back with that complaint and you never did never did u give us the opportunity to correct any errors that may have been done by my unloaders ur first response should be to get ur damage repaired and not 8 days later give us 2 stars on a review were u can see we have almost 22, 5 stars in a row if there is ever any damage ur first response should be to contact the company and give them the opportunity to correct any errors
