They were on time and prepared for the job. They worked hard with few small breaks. The were respectful of our property and goods, tho they did break the glass in one of our picture frames. :-(

Tai and Richard showed up a few minutes early and were ready to work. Prior to their arrival I had received a few calls from their manager so I knew when to expect them. They worked steadily and everything was unloaded with absolutely no breakage. Also the payment was simple and done online. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before the final billing was submitted. Would definitely use again.

We were disappointed at their work ethic. They seemed to get lazy about putting boxes where we asked them to put them. They also dropped a piece of furniture on the hardwood floors.

You should always inform us of any issues, atleast give us the opportunity to correct any issues you may have, then if ur not satisfied with the outcome u do ur review. An initial call, to set up your order details. Help with making sure you have everything in order that you need to make your move go smoothly.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
