I was happy to have the help of the two young men who showed up. Without their help it would have taken much longer for the two of us to bring stuff up to my third-floor unit. However, at least one had a phone that seemed to ring every few minutes, and there didn't seem to be much incentive to hustle to get the job done quicker. I believe more could have been done in the two hours they were here had they focused and picked up the pace just a bit.

I requested 2 hours of loading only. I have moved multiple times and know the process and time needed. 2 men arrived on time and evaluated my belongings. The rental truck was large enough for all my belongings; however, the way the two men packed the truck was not satisfactory and caused damage to some of my items. The owner contacted me and validated service received was not company standard and made amends with partial reimbursement of fee for service. Owner apologized for less than satisfactory experience which made me feel more valued as a customer. This was appreciated and will consider his company in the future.

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
