Used a 4 person crew to load two 8' X 16' PODs. Booked for 3 hours. One of the crew members was very efficient at loading the PODs. The other three were strong and fast. All were professional and courteous. No damage or issues. They even finished the job in 2 1/2 hours so I got a $95 refund.

These guys did a great job loading our Pod. When confirming the move time, they actually recommended to come a bit earlier to wrap everything and disassemble furniture prior to the Pod arriving and it worked out flawlessly. We got everything loaded in the exact time booked. Also still really impressed how they got everything to fit in the Pod Tetris style and everything was very secure for our cross-country move. Will definitely use again if we're ever back in NY!

The foreman Sean, and the 2 other movers, Harvey and Shawn were fantastic. We had to park our 16' POD across the street from us so that was an unexpected challenge and added steps to load the pod. This did not throw off the team. It was helpful having 3 men do the move. Sean expertly packed every inch of the pod while Shawn and Harvey emptied the house and brought items to Sean for loading. Sean skillfully fit everything in and left us a little room at the end so we can add a few extra boxes ourselves if needed.
Make sure you have 1/4" rope available. I did and that was helpful for Sean to create a web at certain intervals inside the pod to ensure items do not shift during the move.
The team showed up early, worked fast and hard for 3-hours. We had over 50 boxes, an armoire, desk, 2 kitchen tables and tons of miscellaneous that were all squeezed in.
The team was also very polite, very friendly and overall professional. Great job, thank you to Efficient Moving!

They forgot a drill. So they couldn't even take apart my bed and they just put everything in my storage and then told me to wait for a guy with a drill. After about 10 hours, someone shows up and finally takes apart my bed and puts it in the storage. My 3 hour move turned into a 15 hour nightmare thanks to their unprepared-ness.

Winston and team did a great job! From the time they arrived until they were done they carried my entire life in boxes down 5 flights of stairs in less than an hour. They weren’t on time which is my only negative feedback. The fact that everything made it downstairs and into my storage unit neatly and tightly, I am beyond happy with their work.
