Josh & Harvey were extremely polite. They started working as soon as they got out of their vehicle.
The move went very smoothly, with the guys working as a fast team, and separately. All of the antiques and fragile items were handled with special care, and the area & POD were cleaned up before they left. The time was almost exactly 2 hours, excellent for a tightly packed 16’ POD.
It was an additional move added onto their schedule the evening before, as 2 things delayed the original unloading.
1). My phone was not giving notifications of the planned unload on 9/10, so the drivers went onto another unload.
2). The next move was taking excessive time. I had been told & was hopeful the movers could come back on the 10th, but they could not finish the move they had gone to.
Neither of those delays had anything to do with the exemplary job my movers completed.

Will and Will were awesome! The packing of our 26’ rental truck was skillfully done! We arrived at our destination, 1,200 miles away, and everything was intact, nothing damaged or broken...Will took the time to make sure everything on that truck was secure..He took a vested interest in our belongings.

Henry is masterful! I couldn't imagine how all of my stuff was going to fit into a 16 ft container. By the time Henry was finished, there was room for extra boxes. Best money I ever spent!! Highly recommend!

The did a great job. The task was monumental (heavy boxes, 4 flights of stairs, limited timeline and a rainstorm). The only issue I had was right when the rain hit they went and grabbed a drink and some food, which is fine, but they didn't tell anyone. It would have been 5 out of 5, but just walking away didn't sit well. If possible I would give 4.5.
