Originally pushed the move day a day back from what was scheduled because they said they didn’t confirm it even though we got a couple of confirmation emails. But they got us scheduled for the day after. Fast and we’re nice. Table got all scratched up but that was the only damage. One of the guys left after the truck was loaded, leaving us only with 2 people, but it still went fast. Overall satisfied.

It was a very hot day and they did a great job powering through the heat. I was slightly unhappy by a few things though — they swept trash out of the truck onto my sidewalk before moving anything out. So I need to clean that up. The truck wasn’t quite big enough to hold everything (though 99% got done). They also put a small hole in my bedroom door. Hopefully there is some insurance for this but need to check. When arrived at the new house, most everything was placed in the garage instead of the rooms the boxes were labeled to go into. However, that was somewhat practical since we were running to the edge of the 4 hour work window. They cost about 1/2 the amount of another competitor however ($1000 less). They were very nice and hard working folks though. Probably better to hire them for a full day and pay more so there’s enough time to get the job done.

Super friendly, super fast, and they know how to play Tetris because these guys can safely pack all of your home goods into a moving truck!

Overall I was good with the gentleman who moved they worked hard to get everything moved during the time block we had. One thing I didn’t like was that I put on the remarks that they would be moving all my heavy furniture and I think the manager should’ve taken that into account when selecting his personnel to move my heavy items. One gentleman just wasn’t going to make it and I ended up helping carry furniture too. I would use them again!

They were quick, efficient, on time, and professional. The movers kept masks on during the whole move and were especially nice to my 6 year old son who could not help but try and get in the way. Awesome movers. Would definitely use them again.
