They were able to be onsite in 30min after our original movers canceled the day of our move. They worked hard and completed the move on time. Highly recommended and would hire again.

They took too long, didn't communicate on timing, and then I ended up paying almost twice as much as I was quoted. Very frustrating, I feel like I got taken advantage of. I was hustling and sweating near then end since they were so overtime. If it was clear that it was going to take extra time then they should have spent the first hour loading and the second hour unloading and then I could handle the rest.
They broke the foot on my credenza. That's very frustrating as I told them to be careful with the feet and then later I had to tell them to remove them. It's surprising that they wouldn't know to do that.
The wooden floors at my last place are now scratched since they were dragging things directly on the floor.

The two men that helped me were great! They did leave ahead of me and I ended up still getting to the delivery location before them. Also communication was a little difficult - I had the number of their boss and not them. I also lost a couple of items in transit.

The two movers were three hours late. Their excuses were accident on the interstate. Then they had to change to a smaller truck. Then that truck broke down and they had to get another truck. After they loaded up at the first place and arrived at the location we were moving into they both reeked of weed.
