The two men that helped me were great! They did leave ahead of me and I ended up still getting to the delivery location before them. Also communication was a little difficult - I had the number of their boss and not them. I also lost a couple of items in transit.

Hello corey,the network from you end was very very poor.We tried to coordinate long distance moves efficiently and the only reason you was called severally was to be updated.Drivers ain't supposed to be on phone when driving. Also not sure what you're missing. You did signed the inventory sheet and the bill of landing to attest you had everything.Will try to reach you however.

The two movers were three hours late. Their excuses were accident on the interstate. Then they had to change to a smaller truck. Then that truck broke down and they had to get another truck. After they loaded up at the first place and arrived at the location we were moving into they both reeked of weed.

Movers showed up on time, but then said they had to leave and cancelled the job with no one to replace them available for days. They left me stranded on the last day of my lease with no way to move out. Plus I have to wait 5 days for my money to be refunded yet I have to hire and pay another mover, anyone I can find so not able to look for a good deal

Unfortunately, one of the mover had a medical emergency and his helper count have handled the job alone .We offered some flexibility and alternative moving company that could have done same day move rather than leaving you stranded.
