Scheduling was simple and time-saving. Received phone calls to verify arrangements and advise of arrival time. When the crew was delayed en-route, received another call indicating a delay and when the new expected arrival would be.
Crew was courteous, followed directions, worked very hard for 3 hours, finishing just a few minutes after the scheduled time. My POD was packed and contents secured to my satisfaction.
Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again or recommend their services to anyone needing packing/loading assistance.

I hired Top Trust to unload a personal trailer at my new apartment, and they were communicative beforehand and made sure my quoted move amount was accurate. They called the morning of to say they'd be a couple hours late because an earlier job was going over what they anticipated, but kept in touch and let me know when they were 30 minutes away. Three guys were there instead of the 2 I'd paid for, and they completed the job in less than an hour, which I appreciated. They were very professional, personable, and clearly experienced. I would certainly use them again and recommend their service!

Erick and Jonny were delightful to work with, everything went seamlessly. They were organized, efficient, easy to communicate with, came fully prepared, and took great care moving stuff up from our basement and out to the storage pod. They will be moving our furniture and stuff back into the basement when the renovation is completed. Would definitely recommend them.

2-man team arrived 1.5 hours late due to their morning job taking longer than expected. They called to let me know they would be late and I was fine with the delay as I was still packing. They did a great job packing to get 98% of my goods into a 12’ POD. I would use them again!
