Showed up when they said they were going to be there and communicated effectively with me to keep me updated. Worked really hard to get done within the allotted time.

UPDATE: Upon unpacking my nightstand, which the loaders wrapped, I noticed that the Las Vegas cup in which I keep rolled coins ($50 in quarters, $20 in nickels) is still there but is now empty! Obviously, I did not witness the theft and so I cannot say if it was Erick or his assistant, but PLEASE be VERY careful allowing this company into your home!
The owner, Erick, is an unpleasant person to deal with. He assured me that he would email me before the move to make sure I had the proper equipment. He did not. He told me if I did not have the proper equipment, he did but it would be an extra charge. He did not bring any equipment.
He kept complaining that I did not have the proper equipment and wanted me to sign a waiver so he was not responsible for any damage. I refused.
I had 3 rolling furniture dollies when I began this move. NONE of them were packed in the POD but I did see Erick put them aside, so I 'assume' he took them.
He assured me that the glass shelving in my china cabinet could not go in the POD and I would need to take it in my car, then he put them on the floor of the POD and stuck my vacuum cleaner on top of them. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this company to anyone. Oh, and they worked an extra 45 minutes and charged me an hour for each man, not just a flat rate 1 extra hour. Be VERY careful if you use Erick's company. They were about 20 minutes late to arrive for the job.
Moving is our passion, and again, i would make sure first before making false accusation towards our company! No customer needs to worry about our employees or myself arriving to their homes or place of business, because they will get trustworthy and professional service everytime. My company name is built upon Trust which i instill within my team, and we strive for customers to feel comfortable with in their environment when we provide moving services. When any customer books 2 men for 2 hours, it does not necessarily mean the job will get done in 2 hours. In your case, you had alot of fragile furniture pieces like china cabinet, grand father clock, picture frames, glass from end tables, glass from entertainment center and other delicate wood furniture pieces. Nothing was prepped up when we arrived. In fact, we were packing boxes and bags for you, which took time and was an extra charge that we did not charge you. We used stretch wrap from our inventory free of charge again just to make our job as safe as possible. When booking a job through hire helper, they inform customers to have blankets or else it voids policy, when i called a week prior to the move to confirm, we went over the materials list and the same policy hireahelper explained before. Upon arriving, the only blankets you and your husband had were quilts, towels and bed sheets, not professional polyester woven moving blankets or paper pads. My professional materials were in my truck as i always bring to every job, we did not bring out the paper pads because you did not want to use any blankets/pads or pay for any material, but your own bed sheets only. Thats when i informed you of signing our waiver disclaimer form, similar policy information every moving company issues in the United States. In this case we have to play the cards we are dealt and make the best of it. I arrived with 3 men instead of 2 men that you initially booked, and finished your job in 3 hours and 50min, if 2 men would have initially arrived, your job would have taken longer than 4 hours. Again, the 3rd man was not charged. Hirehelper is the only one who jas your financial information, we as service providers do not have such information. If your are wanting your 10 to 15min refund, i would suggest calling hirehelper at the 1800 number. They charge in 30min incriments. Your job consisted of dissasembling complete bed sets, 1 orthopedic bed with no mattress bags, washer/dryer with no shipping bolts to hold washer drim in place when relocating, mirrors off dressers, legs/base off dining table, all glass pieces from china cabinet to end table glass and entertainment center glass, plus wrapping them professionally with your material that was not adequate to any moving job. You did not have no more cardboard or materials at all and did not want to purchase from myself or any moving supply store near by. I used 2 of my own boxes, again free of charge, to improvise and wrap around your china cabinet on all 4 sides including back side, then add your bed sheets on top, then wrap it with stretch wrap. We dont play around when protecting fragile furniture pieces or any furniture. Loading takes more time than unloading, you have to carefully dissasemble, wrap, move and load into the pod in a professional manner. I arrived to your job at 1:20pm, well within the 1 hour window between 1pm - 2pm, with my power tools, 2 hand trucks and 1 four wheel dolly, i put my own four wheel dolly, hand trucks, and all my equipment back in my truck, your husband loaded your dollies and equipment back in his truck, i would verify with him before making a false accusation towrads our company. We have passion for this business!!! When using our company you are guaranteed full service quality and experience at a fraction of the cost of other full service moving companies. We are sorry your experience was not a pleasant one, but i suggest researching the cost and budget when moving, specially when it comes to protecting your furniture and hiring PROFESSIONAL moving labor services like ours. Thank you for your time and we are looking forward to resolving this issue with you.
