They were late, was not prepared for the job. Will not use them again

Absolutely the Best Movers did not show up when scheduled. When called, they said their vehicle broke down, then sent one mover who was an hour late (we were paying for 3 movers for 2 hours). No one else showed up. The one mover worked like a dog to finish the job, but this meant unloading took over 5 hours, when we expected 3 movers to finish in 2 hours, and we helped with unloading. Then Absolutely the 'Best' Movers tried to charge us an extra $120 because using only one mover was billed at a higher rate, while our contract was for 3 movers. Use Absolutely the 'Best' Movers only at your own risk or as a last resort!

My movers worked very hard and treated my antique furniture with care. They placed things where I wanted and always had a respectful and pleasant attitude. They had a big job to do, and they did it well!

One mover showed mum at 8:30am the second showed around 10.. Not happy with the way they packed the POD, not an efficient use of space.

The guys did great they arrived late but apparently they had to get a friend to the emergency room

Xavier the mover was amazing and very professional however showed up at 10:50AM when I had requested 12-1 show up. I also hired 2 movers for 2 hours. Xavier was the only one that came. He hustled for an hour and half getting all my boxes in but when I requested 2 movers because specifically to make sure my bedroom set was put together within the 2 hours at that point I knew it was NOT getting done. When I spoke with HireAHelper we went over what i had in my POD and specifically wanted my bedroom set to be put together. They said 2 movers in 2 hours was plenty. I am not sure if it was more the mover wanted to get out because we were now going into hour 3 or if he was not sure how to put bed together and had everything messed up. I finally asked him to stop. I will NEVER use HireAHelper or Absolute Best Mover again or would I recommend them to anyone

I was so impressed with the two men that packed the POD. They were kind & considerate and hard workers. They worked a miracle for me.

This is the 4th time that I have used SML and would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a premium service for a fraction of the cost of a conventional relocation service. In fact, I have already scheduled the 2nd portion of my move in Dec with SML.
If you are capable to drive a large vehicle on a household move, SML is the right choice. You pack and load my rented truck.....I drive.....in this case 700 might and then SML meets me at my destination and unloads me..I'm saving 75% over the quotes that I received from traditional moving companies.
