NEVER use this company! I sold my home and had only one day for movers to pack the POD. Tom Ceaser, the owner not once called or texted me. I had to initiate EVERY contact confirming moving date and arrival times. On the day of the move, April 12, 2026, his team was to arrive by 1pm. When they did not arrived by 2pm, I called and he said they were on the way. At 5pm they still had not arrived and he was no longer answering his phone. HireAHelper was also unable to speak with him, he wasn't answering their calls either. Fortunately, HireAHelper was able to secure another moving team. What a horrible thing to do to anyone!
