I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience — they were so amazingly kind and helpful moving my 82 year old mom. Very professional and cautious when moving our items.
Only issue wad trying to contact their office. Would always ring but couldn't leave a message as mailbox was full - happened on 2 occasions. So had to call Hire a Helper.

Richard and Company were a tremendous in helping move my household goods!! As I was unable to be at the load in, they kept me posted of everything long distance, didn't hesitate to call, communication was great right up until they called to say everything's on the truck and headed my way.

The guys who unpacked our Penske were very respectful and worked hard. They brought to our attention as they unpacked that several totes clearly marked “glass, fragile, do not crush, etc…”. Where buried under heavier items and the tail end of truck was not packed well. We found 2, broken floor lamps, a box a with broken glass. Since we were moving into a temporary rental, because our permanent home address was not ready, we had no plans to fully unpack, knowing we had another move. So, I do fear what else we will discover damaged or broken when that day comes. I am very disappointed with the packers from our departure state in CT.
