They did arrive on time, we showed them everything they had to load, and they told us it would all fit!
They moved at a snail's pace laughing and joking all the while, saving the heavier items for last, which I have been told should have gone first and then left without saying anything to us at all!! Would I use this service again?? Absolutely not!

Great job. Both workers arrived on time and completed the move quickly and without incident. They were friendly and professional. We had just driven for 2 days and having the help certainly was a relief and "kept the peace". Would definitely recommend them.

Although one guy was a half hour late, the job was finished on time. They did a good job with everything I asked them to do. Had issues paying them but it finally went through.

two guys showed up for the loading of our UHaul. I had been told they would have loading gear such as mattress straps, furniture dollies, two wheel dollies, etc. Fortunately I had the latter two items but not the straps. They showed up on time, but with no equipment. They did a good job loading most of our stuff, until we got to the back of the truck, with several items left to load, including our bicycles. They set a dining room table with metal legs directly on top of an antique cedar hope chest. They put the bicycles on top of the table, with some minimal padding. After driving 1200 miles, the top to the chest was deeply marred and gouged by the table legs. One of the leafs of the dining room table was chipped. The two guys worked fast and efficiently, but I should have paid more attention to how the track was being loaded, especially with the final 6 feet of space. They should have planned better and taken precautions by wrapping vulnerable items. Of course, as previously mentioned, they did not bring with them any moving supplies.

5 stars for Eric and Eric, they had complete respect for everything I owned. They were on time and finished within the allotted time. They worked very hard, removing from a 3rd floor apartment, they were ready and prepared for the job. These guys went above and beyond.
They showed up early to the job and Ready to work.. they took care of my belongings like professionals.. I forget the guys names who came to help unload the truck but they were awesome. Friendly and polite and treated my dogs awesome.. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. They even work with me because I was running behind schedule form traffic but accommodated me For my arrival time.. If I could get this company six stars I would. Thank you again Richard and Company we appreciate everything..

First, they are trained customer service. Then we train them on how to load and handle certain objects. We train them on packing as well including how to properly wrap fragile items.
