These guys were the absolute best ever! I had 3 guys for 4 hours— Charles, Nick, (and I forgot your name- forgive me??) were courteous and friendly laughing and joking with us. As soon as they arrived they immediately started loading. This was a last minute same day request due to the moving company we originally hired not working out. I called at 1:30 by 5:30 they had arrived! Communication was excellent with Eric the supervisor. They took great care with our belongings and never complained once - I will absolutely recommend them and will use them again!

First, they are trained customer service. Then we train them on how to load and handle certain objects. We train them on packing as well including how to properly wrap fragile items.
