This company was the most grossly inept and unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. They exemplified the exact reason why I was worried about using a third-party source to find me a mover for unloading my truck at my new home. The movers showed up two hours late, needed directions on how to get to the house, had not been informed on what type of work they would be doing, took multiple breaks on the clock and really had no idea about how to be efficient in what they did. Management was grossly disorganized from the beginning and provided horrible communication throughout the process. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would never use them again.

First, they are trained customer service. Then we train them on how to load and handle certain objects. We train them on packing as well including how to properly wrap fragile items.
