We the states' guys were on time and completed the job in schedule for what I had booked for. I booked 2 guys for 2 hours to load all items from a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 stairs of flight into a truck. I do not remember his name but, he came in and gave a quick glance at all the items and asked us to relax and let him play his "Tetris" game. Him and his helper loaded the truck beautifully, fit all the things perfectly so that they don't move or break during the drive. Did not go overtime as I jumped in on last 15 mins to get the remaining boxes down. I would say they've done a marvellous job. 5 stars for sure.

We had a very small move within the same apartment but they did an excellent job. Arrived a few minutes earlier than the window we were given, were courteous and handled everything properly. Would absolutely recommend and use again if I needed to move!

The service was fine. However there were two men that came over and one man sort of took charge of the entire thing and was bossing the other one around. It made me very uncomfortable because he was belittling the other man telling him what a horrible hob he was doing ,telling him he had to redo things, making him do all the heavy lifting without the dolly because the man in charge wouldn't let him use it.The man was even cussing at the other man and was continously talking down to him.
It made me very uncomfortable and I wanted to tell him to stop talking to his co workers that way.
I had to pay them a 2 hour minimum but they had the job done in 45 minutes, I felt extremely rushed myself as I was telling the mover which room to put things in.
I wanted 3 movers and the company only had 2.so I had hired one mover from Task Rabbit, the man in charge fro. We the States Moving was also bossing around the mover from Task Rabbit and scolded me for hiring a 3rd mover.
I will not be using this company again. Very unprofessional.

They were professional and quick, wrapped the furniture really well with the plastic I provided. Knew how to maneuver the furniture and load my onsite container so I still have room for other items.

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
